The Initiative is a fully remote victim advocacy organization providing services to people experiencing violence or abuse. We are not an emergency shelter. In some cases, our Victim Advocates may require up to two (2) business days to contact you. We thank you for your patience. Please note that we ONLY serve people currently residing in Colorado.

• Relocation support and assistance

Self-Sufficiency Services

• Support in affordable housing search
• Direct financial assistance (when available)
• Public benefits application support

Legal System Support

• Referrals for legal support
• Assistance and accompaniment to file a police report
• Court accompaniment
• Victim Compensation support

Substance Use Disorder Support

• Naloxone distribution and opioid overdose training
